Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable policies
• Conduct telemarketing and outside sales activities to attract new clients
• Analyze clients' current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Market insurance products to potential customers through various channels
• Handle sales administration tasks such as preparing quotes, processing applications, and maintaining client records

Qualifications

• - Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred
• Bilingual proficiency, especially in French, is a plus
• Strong analytical skills to assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Knowledge of retail sales practices and techniques would be beneficial
